   Two male voices sharing a stage in the pine forest in early October — the point at which Đà Lạt moves into its best stretch of the year. This is the kind of evening people book as much for the setting as for the line-up.

   The Nest sits at the foot of Lang Biang, 12 km from the town centre, and seating is arranged in clusters rather than rows, which puts you considerably closer to the stage than a theatre of the same capacity would.

   On the tiers: PREMIUM includes a drink, and the gap between the cheapest and dearest seat here is close to threefold, so it is worth studying the seating plan before choosing. The organisers run a shuttle from the Lang Biang sports complex — register for it when you book, as places are capped.

   Children under 1 m sit with a parent free of charge; between 1 m and 1.2 m they need their own seat at a 70% surcharge, 30% of which is refunded at check-in.

   A good fit if you are heading up to Đà Lạt for the first weekend of October and want an evening that is not another café.
