Concert «Khúc tình mùa thu» (Autumn love songs)

   A guitar acoustic flamenco band plays just outside Hiển Nhơn Gate, under the walls of the Imperial City, on an evening with its own light design built for the stage. The programme is called «Khúc tình mùa thu» and it opens the three autumn nights of Festival Huế 2026.

   The performers are Passion Band, the Huế guitar acoustic flamenco group. The set is instrumental: pieces about autumn in Vietnam, autumn in Huế, and international standards, combined with a light performance across the stage area.

   The concert sits inside the autumn season of Festival Huế 2026, the city's run of culture, arts and Mid-Autumn events. The week opened with the Huế Lion Dance Festival, then the opening ceremony of the city sports games, then a lion-dragon parade and a lantern procession through the central streets.

   The next two nights of the series move inside the citadel, to the courtyard of Kiến Trung Palace: «Trung thu Hoàng cung 2026» with a lantern festival, the court games Đầu hồ, Xăm hường and Bài vụ and royal animal dances; then the concert «Nhìn những mùa thu đi» with fourteen autumn ballads.

   On parking, the organisers advise that cars and motorbikes enter through Hòa Bình Gate on Đặng Thái Thân street, while motorbikes may also use Hiển Nhơn Gate on Đoàn Thị Điểm street.

   This one is for anyone who likes unplugged music and wants to hear it outdoors with several centuries of history standing behind the stage. If you are in Huế over Mid-Autumn, it is the gentlest way into the festival before the two busier nights.
