Garden party «The Commonwealth Charity Garden Party 2026»

   A classic British garden party transplanted to Saigon: croquet on the lawn, live tunes, pints and pies — and the whole Commonwealth community of the city in one green spot. Organised by BritCham Vietnam, the afternoon gathers business leaders, families and friends of the international community for food, games and easy conversation.

   On the lawn:

• — authentic British food and drinks from a variety of vendors;
• — live music through the afternoon;
• — croquet, giant lawn games and classic British garden games;
• — a dedicated children's programme.

   It works equally well as a family outing and as relaxed networking: the crowd mixes school families, chamber members and newcomers to the city, and the garden format removes the need for small-talk ice-breakers.

   The «charity» in the name is not decoration: every ticket sold goes towards the event's fundraising effort. Note that food and drinks are bought separately from vendors and are not included in the ticket. Members pay less than non-members, children have their own rate — the full grid is in the ticket details, and places are limited.
