Club night «Ellas Mueven 004»

   Breakbeat, electro and broken rhythms — a noticeably darker direction than the previous editions, and this time in a room the organisers say they had wanted to use for a long time. If the Saigon dancefloors have started to sound a little too familiar to you, this is the detour worth taking.

   Ellas Mueven describes itself as more than a party: a space where music, connection and energy come first, rooted in underground sounds and community-driven events. Edition 004 brings the series to Úm Ba La in Thảo Điền for the first time — according to the promoters, a venue with an intimate room and one of the best sound systems in the city.

   The line-up brings together artists from three countries:

• — Erika Perales (Spain) — a Spanish DJ now based in Vietnam and a regular face at Luu Club nights
• — Omar (Egypt)
• — FÆY★ (Germany)
• — Friends B2B — a closing set kept secret until the night itself

   The series has moved around the city: edition 002 took place in June at Le Café des Stagiaires. This one changes both the room and the palette, heading into breakbeat and electro territory.

   It will suit you if you follow breakbeat and electro, if you would rather hear a good sound system in a small room than in a big club, and if you like being led by the DJ instead of guessing the playlist in advance.

   Entry is sold at the door only, with no presale, so all you need to do is turn up. Thảo Điền is on the far side of the river from the centre — worth factoring into your ride home.
