Club night «Digital Midnight #17»

   A night of music and visuals built by three DJs from three different scenes, inside the club setup of a bar that holds about a hundred people — and no cover charge. If you would rather stand a couple of metres from the booth than behind a barrier at a big stage, this is your room.

   Digital Midnight is a series created by David de Barce and it has now reached its seventeenth edition at Luu Bar. Worth knowing: the last one, #16, was back in October 2025, so this is a return after more than ten months away.

   Three names on the bill:

• — DEVIN (BE/KR) — a Belgian-Korean DJ and producer raised in Liège and now based in Seoul. A former drummer with classical percussion roots, he folds rock, funk, nineties house and techno, new wave, disco, soul and jazz into his sets, and has played across Europe and Asia under various aliases alongside names such as Carl Cox. This is not his first time here: he played Digital Midnight #12 and #15.
• — DJ Ouch! (Miniclic Records, funkON / Switzerland) — real name Laurent Godet. After early drum and bass, he moved through deep house and techno in Madrid, studied music production back in Switzerland, came to Saigon in 2012 and co-founded HRBR and El Barrio. He joined Miniclic Records in 2022 and is a co-owner of Luu Bar itself.
• — David de Barce (Blackcatsession / Digital Midnight) — a Spanish DJ and the creator of both BLACKCATSESSION and DIGITAL MIDNIGHT.

   Luu Bar is a neighbourhood bar in Phạm Viết Chánh that turns into a mini club at weekends, with a stated focus on non-commercial electronic music: house, techno and a wider spread of underground sounds picked by local and visiting DJs. Capacity is around 100, so the floor fills quickly.

   Come if you follow house and techno, if you like watching DJs work up close, or if you have never tried an underground night and would rather start with one that costs nothing at the door. Early for a good spot, or late and straight into it — your call.
