Food fair «U.S. Agricultural Discovery 2026»

   American beef, seafood, cheese, fresh fruit and nuts lined up in one venue for you to taste rather than read labels on. It is a chance to try a whole range of ingredients you normally only see behind supermarket glass, and to ask the people selling them where each one comes from.

   The programme is run by the United States Department of Agriculture together with US diplomatic missions in Vietnam, and gathers more than forty stands of produce and food. The layout follows a farm-to-table thread, so you do not only taste but also see the route each product group travels.

   What the stands hold:

   It suits families out for a weekend, home cooks hunting for new ingredients, and equally businesses, importers and food industry partners looking for supply. Both groups share the same floor while looking for different things, and the organisers have prepared for both.

   Worth knowing: this is not framed purely as a trade fair. The organisers built it as a small agricultural culture festival, with activities and a festive atmosphere, so you can come just to look and taste without buying anything.

   The venue sits in the city centre, easy to reach by bus or ride hailing, and the grounds are large enough to fill a whole session. If tasting widely is your plan, arrive when the doors open and the stands are still full.
