Mooncake workshop «Élan Mooncake – Classic Collection»

   Four hours in the kitchen and you leave with a box of baked mooncakes you made yourself — on the very morning of the full moon. If you would rather make this year's mooncakes than buy them, this is one of the few classes still running in Mid-Autumn week.

   The «Élan Mooncake – Classic Collection» class at Garden Art is a traditional baked-mooncake workshop lasting 4 hours, held in eight sessions from 22 to 27 September: mornings 08:00–12:00 from 23 to 27 September, an afternoon session 14:00–17:00 on 22 September and two extra slots on 25 September (13:00–17:00 and 16:00–19:00). You take home a set of 2 large cakes (200 g) or a set of 4 small ones (75 g), in a gift box. Instruction in Vietnamese or English. Tickets 480,000 VND.
