Networking event «Vietnam Meets Europe»

Are you a Vietnamese company eyeing the European market, or a European business looking for partners in Vietnam? This networking evening in Ho Chi Minh City brings both sides together, and it features a delegation from Flanders, Belgium, focused on the green economy and digitalization.

The event is organized by three business communities: BeLuxCham Vietnam, the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam; VLMN (Vietnam Logistics Manufacturing Networking); and VPC Networking (Vietnam Proud Construction Networking). The partner is Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), the organization that helps Flanders-based companies export and brings foreign investment into the region; by FIT's own figures, its global network has 70+ offices. The gold sponsor is ACE B2B.

Seven co-hosts back the evening — business associations and chambers from the Netherlands, Indonesia, Hong Kong and India, plus two industry groups:
— DBAV (Dutch Business Association Vietnam)
— Indonesian Chamber in Vietnam
— HKBAV (Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam)
— INCHAM (Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam) and INCHAM Hanoi (Indian Business Chamber in Hanoi)
— Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club
— HASI (Ho Chi Minh City Association for Supporting Industries)

It is aimed at Vietnamese enterprises expanding into Europe and at European companies searching for partners, suppliers and distributors in Vietnam. The organizers promise businesses from a range of sectors on both sides, industry experts, first-hand market insights and direct contact with key stakeholders and investors. With logistics and manufacturing (VLMN) and construction (VPC Networking) communities among the organizers, the evening is a particularly good fit for companies in those fields.

The price depends on membership, with three rates: Member 225,000 VND, Co-host 325,000 VND and Non-member 425,000 VND. Every rate includes one drink and canapés.

If your business runs between Vietnam and Europe, come with business cards and a clear brief for the partner you need.
