Meetup «ProductTank HCMC #23: Bold Design & AI-Native Products»

   A Saturday morning with two people who actually ship at Southeast Asian scale: one leads delivery and affordability products at Grab, the other runs the largest design team in Vietnam. Both talks circle the same question every product org is chewing on right now — how far AI really changes the way products get built, and where it quietly creates new problems.

   This is the 23rd gathering of ProductTank Ho Chi Minh, the local chapter of the Mind the Product meetup network, run this time in collaboration with Grab and WordsMine. Two keynotes fill the morning:

• — Son Tang, Senior Product Management Leader for Online Delivery & Affordability at Grab — «Building AI-Native Products: How Grab Product Teams Are Redesigning the Way They Build». He is also one of Grab's AI Program Coaches and will walk through internal initiatives such as GILA and G/AI, plus the organisational friction that comes with pushing AI into product practice;
• — Jon Deragon, Head of Design at FPT Software — «Touching Users for e-Commerce Success». He leads a design team of more than 160 people, the largest in Vietnam, after director and VP roles across Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia and Canada; his session digs into the friction points that lose online shoppers and the case for designing more boldly.

   A Q&A and an open networking slot close the morning. If you work in product, design or growth — or you are the person tasked with moving a team to AI-first ways of working — this is a short trip for two very specific lessons.

   One practical note: the organisers do not publish the address. The venue is sent privately to everyone whose registration goes through, so plan your route only after you are confirmed. Register here to receive the location.
