International dental conference «VIDEC 2026»

Once a year Vietnamese dentistry gathers in one place: lectures, workshops and an equipment exhibition under a single roof — and that roof belongs to Independence Palace in central Ho Chi Minh City. The nineteenth edition runs under the banner of smart and sustainable dentistry.

It is organised by the Vietnam Odonto-Stomatology Association (Hội Răng Hàm Mặt Việt Nam, VOSA). The programme spreads across four days: pre-conference workshops open it, then the main scientific sessions, an e-poster forum and an international exhibition with more than a hundred companies signed up.

   In short
Theme — "Smart and Sustainable Dentistry"
Structure — a pre-conference workshop day, then three days of main conference, plus the E-Poster Forum and the exhibition
Invited speakers — professors from Hong Kong, Thailand, Germany, Australia and Japan
Announced subjects — minimal intervention dentistry, digital implant navigation, biofilm management, geriatric dentistry
Exhibition — over 100 companies from the sector

It is aimed at practising dentists, dental technicians, clinic owners and students in the field. The practical case is double: the scientific track covers continuing education, while the exhibition lets you compare equipment and materials in one pass instead of chasing dealers one by one.

The venue is a deliberate choice: Independence Palace is a national historic monument, and conferences of this size are rarely held inside it.

Participation is by advance registration. Organisational questions go through the association's Hanoi office; the correspondence address is [email protected].

If you are in the profession, four days at the end of August cover training, purchasing decisions and professional contacts in one go.
