About the event

Strollers, car seats and first bottles usually get picked from app photos and review threads. At this fair they stand side by side under one roof, so you can push, fold, unclip and compare prices between neighbouring stands. The autumn edition of Vietnam's mother-and-baby fair comes to Hanoi, this time to the new exhibition complex on the far bank of the Red River.

Vietbaby Fair has been run since 2014 by Seoul-based organisers Coex and Sege Fairs, who describe it as Vietnam's largest trade show for the mother and baby industry. The Hanoi 2026 edition is announced at 250 booths. Last autumn, still at the I.C.E centre on Trần Hưng Đạo street in the city centre, the fifth Hanoi edition drew 20,946 visitors across 6,000 sqm of floor space, among them 1,864 trade buyers, with 300 brands from 15 countries and territories — Germany, Italy, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and others. The June edition in Ho Chi Minh City this year passed 30,000 visitors and 450 brands.

Six product groups fill the Hanoi floor:

  • — maternity, mother and baby care
  • — nutrition and food
  • — clothing and accessories
  • — living and furniture
  • — baby safety, car seats included
  • — toys and educational products

The fair is open to families and to the trade alike. If you are expecting or raising a small child, this is the shortcut through a shopping list that normally takes a dozen shops and a fortnight of reading: hundreds of Vietnamese and imported brands in one room, side by side. Retailers, distributors and agents get their northern sourcing meeting point — the organisers' 2025 report shows most visitors came from Hanoi and the neighbouring northern provinces, among them Ninh Bình, Bắc Ninh, Phú Thọ, Thanh Hóa, Hải Phòng and Hưng Yên.

The venue is new. Vietnam Exposition Center in Đông Anh opened on 19 August 2025 on a 900,000 sqm site, at the point where the Đông Trù, Nhật Tân and Tứ Liên bridges converge on the northern bank of the Red River — the opposite side of the water from the Old Quarter and Hồ Tây.

A few things worth knowing before you go. On the closing day, 18 October, the halls shut earlier, at 16:00, and last check-in each day ends half an hour before closing. Pre-registration stays open until 23:59 on 14 October 2026; after that there are on-site counters. You scan a QR code at the counter and receive a visitor wristband or a buyer badge. Running in the same halls on the same days is the Vietnam International Education Fair (VIETEDU).

Questions go to COEX VINA at [email protected]. Visitor sign-up.

Four days, one hall and most of a nursery checklist in touching distance — go early in the day, when the aisles around the stroller and car-seat stands are still walkable.
