Ngọc Linh Ginseng & International Medicinal Herbs Festival 2026

   Vietnam's rarest ginseng finally shares a stage with the world's great medicinal herbs, out in the open air along Đà Nẵng's Hàn River. You can see, smell and taste products made from a plant Vietnam calls its national treasure, and if you care about natural health, give yourself a full afternoon to work through the experiential zones.

   Ngọc Linh ginseng (Panax vietnamensis) is endemic to Vietnam, discovered by science only in 1973 high on Ngọc Linh Mountain along the Kon Tum – Quảng Nam border. The Xơ Đăng people used it for generations and called it the hidden medicine. It carries one of the highest saponin contents of any ginseng on earth, including the rare majonoside-R2, and in 2017 the government named it a national product.
