E-commerce Fair «Kết nối vùng, mở rộng thị trường»

   A single farm stall can move thousands of orders if the seller knows how to run a decent livestream. This fair is built around exactly that: two days in which cooperatives, household businesses and small producers from Hải Phòng sit next to the marketplaces, the logistics firms and the digital payment providers, and shake hands on the spot.

   The name states the aim plainly: connect the regions, widen the market. The plan is for 30 to 35 standard booths plus a few feature stands, showing OCOP goods, notable rural industrial products and specialities from Hải Phòng and other provinces. Booths are to carry QR codes so visitors can look products up and order them digitally on the spot.

   What happens across the two days:

• — Product display run in a combined physical and online format.
• — Livestream selling sessions promoting OCOP goods and regional specialities on digital platforms.
• — Workshops on applying digital tools and artificial intelligence to online trade.
• — Sessions on e-commerce law and on meeting the e-commerce criteria of the national new rural development programme.
• — Signing of memoranda between local businesses and marketplaces, logistics operators, payment providers and distribution partners.

   Beside the stalls there is a technology and innovation area: digital transformation tools, marketplace platforms, cashless payment by QR code and e-wallet, and modern logistics services. Producers get hands-on help setting up, running and tuning their storefronts on the platforms.

   The fair is organised by the Hải Phòng Department of Industry and Trade under a plan issued in August, as part of the national e-commerce development programme for 2026 and the city's own e-commerce plan for 2026-2030.
