Club night «Gatosano Experimental Live Club Night»

Industrial, noise and generative electronics played live: this Saturday night, Gatosano in Da Nang hands its club room to five projects working with noise, distortion and heavy textures. If you go clubbing for the sound rather than the hits, this is your night.

At a glance: who is performing

   — Delirio de Cordura: an experimental industrial/noise performance project whose ritualistic live sets blend physical catharsis, ancestral symbolism, sonic dissonance and raw emotion
— SCP 999: rhythmic noise, power noise, power electronics and drone techno, with dark synth loops blurring the line between hypnotic techno and rhythmic noise
— Pavel Robert: a hybrid live system of software and hardware generating shifting rhythmic structures, low-frequency currents and fractured melodic pulses
— Son.of.desun: in the organisers' words, a familiar name on Da Nang's underground scene and a resident DJ at PMC with a multi-genre approach
— Roi: industrial sounds and experimental electronics

The night is organised by Arata. The organisers describe these performances as crafted for spaces that «embrace confrontation, intensity, and the unconventional».

Gatosano bills itself as coming «from Harajuku Tokyo to Da Nang»: an underground music bar, café and vinyl shop with a daily rooftop bar and a weekly club room; Resident Advisor lists its capacity at 150. It regularly hosts guests from Japan, Europe and the US.

The night is for fans of industrial, noise and experimental electronics who are ready for loud, abrasive sound.

If you have been looking for a properly loud night of experimental music in Da Nang, keep this Saturday free.
