Beauty pageant «Miss Heritage Global 2026»

   A pageant built around world heritage rather than swimwear reaches Asia for the first time, and Đà Nẵng is the city it picked. More than 40 delegates from over forty countries and territories will carry their national dress through the Chăm Museum, Bà Nà Hills, Hội An, Mỹ Sơn and the Huế Citadel before anyone steps on stage for the crown.

   This is the seventh edition of Miss Heritage Global, founded in South Africa in 2013 and leaving the African continent for the first time. The Vietnamese licensee and organiser is Future Star World (FSW), working under permit 790/SVHTTDL-QLVH issued by the Đà Nẵng Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on 17 December 2025. The season runs under the line «Connecting Heritage – Uniting Communities».

   What stands out in the seven-day, six-night programme:

• — the Grand Final on the evening of 12 August, with rounds for Vietnamese áo dài, national costume, sportswear, evening gown and Q&A;
• — the Miss Heritage Global Relay Run 2026, a 15 km relay in which every team pairs one national titleholder with local runners;
• — a heritage circuit across Đà Nẵng, Quảng Nam province and Huế, with promotional filming at UNESCO-listed sites;
• — Vietnam is represented by Trần Thị Thu Huyền, runner-up at the Sinh viên Hòa Bình Việt Nam 2025 student pageant;
• — the Danang Event and Destination Chapter (DECA) is the strategic partner, its memorandum signed on 23 June by Lê Đình Nam and Võ An Nguyên.

   It will appeal to anyone who follows the international pageant circuit, to travellers curious about Vietnamese traditional dress, and to visitors already planning a central-coast summer break — for one week the region's heritage sites double as a working film set. The delegation is based on the beach strip about fifteen minutes from Đà Nẵng International Airport, with Hội An under an hour away and Huế roughly two hours by road.

   The crowning night is hosted by Royal Lotus Hotel Danang, which signed on as the season's «Official Hotel & Grand Finale Venue Partner» and also houses the contestants. The rest of the week happens outside the city, in Hội An, Mỹ Sơn, Bà Nà Hills and Huế.

   Admission arrangements and ticket prices for the final have not been published yet; organisers usually release them closer to the date, so watch the pageant's official channels. Book a room early if you plan to be in town that week — early August is still high season on this coast.
